She has developed her professional experience primarily in the field of labor law, advising national and international companies on the resolution of workplace behavior issues, compliance with labor legislation, and the management of disciplinary proceedings.

She also holds a specialization in Labor Law and Data Analysis, which has strengthened her strategic approach to the prevention of labor risks and the design of internal corporate policies. She has been working at our Firm since 2023 and is currently part of the Labor Consultancy Area.
