Daniela graduated with honors from Law School at Universidad de Costa Rica, with a major in Judge Education; her academic thesis was approved with distinction and publication recommendation. She has extensive experience in proceedings before the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, as well as in the private labor advisory sector.

Daniela has great expertise in civil and commercial litigation, as well as in private arbitration proceedings in Civil and Commercial Law matters.

She participated in a number of congresses on Civil Procedure Law, where she served as Moderator at the International Congresses on Procedure Law, editions IX and X. Before this, she was responsible for performing an analysis on competence studies between public entities, aside from being part of the study commissions at the Legal Department of the Office of the President of the Republic engaged in the process for Costa Rica to become a member of the OECD.

At said Department, she was also responsible for drafting regulations and for legal research tasks. Daniela has been working for our firm since 2021 and is currently a member of the Private Labor Practice.
