Dahiana has a Business Administration degree from Universidad de las Ciencias y el Arte of Costa Rica and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Management from Universidad Libre de Costa Rica. In addition, she obtained a Diploma in Human Resources Leadership and Management.

She has extensive experience as Administrative Head and Supervisor of corporate projects, as well as Human Resources Generalist, and had spearheaded corporate social responsibility projects. Also, Dahiana has specialized in personal well-being matters and in the application of the Peniel method, which has allowed her to gain expertise to serve as crisis intervention facilitator and coach in emotional issues and quality of life topics.

She has worked at BDS RH – a company of the BDS group – since 2021, serving as HR consultant and advising clients in staff recruitment and selection processes, profiling and talent management issues.
