She has led innovative strategies in the field of labor law, advising local, foreign, and multinational companies. She has completed master’s degrees in Labor Law, Business Management, and Social Security at Mariano Gálvez University and San Carlos University of Guatemala.

Additionally, she holds a Doctorate in Labor Law, Social Security, and Business Administration from the Judicial Body in collaboration with Mariano Gálvez University.

Throughout her career, she has worked as an external advisor for national and international law firms and has provided legal representation for high-profile companies. She is also a speaker at national and international events, a professor in master’s programs on Labor Law, and a recognized panelist on radio and television programs specializing in corporate labor matters.
