Bachelor of Laws, cum laude probata, from Escuela Libre de Derecho, with a Master’s Degree in International Law with a specialization in Human Rights from Universidad Internacional de La Rioja, Spain.
Her professional background has been primarily focused on Corporate, Commercial, and Notarial Law, advising national and multinational companies on Corporate Structuring, Regulatory Compliance, Contract Drafting and Negotiation, as well as the implementation of comprehensive legal strategies that drive business operations and expansion across various sectors.
She has led projects in highly regulated industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Construction, and Real Estate, delivering efficient outcomes in Due Diligence processes, Corporate Reorganizations, and Corporate Governance. Her profile is further strengthened by experience in Labor Law, providing counsel on individual and collective labor relations, internal policies, and disciplinary procedures.
She is currently pursuing specializations in Criminal Law and a Master’s Degree in Sexual Violence at Universidad de Nebrija, Spain. She joined our firm in August 2025 as an Attorney in the Corporate Law Practice.
