Law graduate with an emphasis in Human Rights from the University of Costa Rica. He also holds a Master of Continuing Education in Labor Law and Social Security from the University of Valencia, as well as a specialization in Compliance from Aden Business School, certified by George Washington University. He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Labor Law and Social Security at the Universidad Estatal a Distancia (UNED).

Since 2018, he has been part of our firm, where he works as a consultant specializing in preventive and corrective labor advisory services for private sector companies.

In addition to his professional practice, he is an active contributor on labor law issues, both as a speaker at professional events and as an author of articles for national media.
