Paralegal – Costa Rica
Law student at Universidad Internacional de las Américas (UIA). He has served as a legal assistant in the Litigation Department, which has given him the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of labor judicial procedures and litigation in this area. He provides legal and technical support to the firm’s attorneys, actively collaborating in all stages of the judicial process—from the pre-litigation phase to the enforcement of judgments.
His main responsibilities include the analysis and follow-up of labor cases, management and control of judicial files, uploading and updating information in internal systems, as well as the drafting of various types of legal documents. He also prepares powers of attorney, notifications, and various procedural instruments requiring legal formalization, and carries out proceedings before labor courts and administrative bodies such as the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, among other related entities.
He has practical knowledge of ordinary, summary, and special procedures, as well as of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. He has been with our Firm since 2017. He is currently a member of the Litigation Practice.
