He holds a Law and Political Science degree, graduating with honors from Universidad del Istmo. He complements this solid academic background with a Master’s degree in Business and Corporate Law and a specialization in Labor Law from Universidad Santa María la Antigua (USMA), as well as studies in Immigration Law. Additionally, he has completed studies in International Business at Universidad de Antioquia (Colombia) and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resources.

Throughout his professional career, he has served as a legal assistant at well-established law firms in Panama, as well as a corporate and labor attorney, providing comprehensive legal counsel. His experience includes handling labor and immigration matters, as well as conducting due diligence processes, company formation, and managing a wide range of commercial, corporate, and notarial matters.

Additionally, he has held positions as Human Resources Manager and Labor Relations Manager in various companies in Panama, enabling him to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business environment by combining legal expertise with the strategic management of human capital and labor relations.

He has been a member of our firm since November 2025.
