Sara Meza holds a Law Degree from Universidad Escuela Libre de Derecho. She has built her professional career as a legal advisor and consultant in the private sector, specializing in labor law. Sara is known for providing close and customized support to businesses, offering comprehensive legal counsel to Human Resources departments, administrative areas, and management teams on matters related to labor legislation and employment relations management.

Sara has extensive experience handling administrative proceedings before the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, including inspection and conciliation processes, as well as proceedings before private conciliation centers. Her practice also includes representation in court trials, allowing her to offer both a preventive and strategic approach to labor matters.

She has been part of our firm since February 2024.
