Hourly Advisory Packages are valid for three to six months, which allows you to maximize the time of your labor advisor, benefit from in-house training sessions, self-assessments and follow-up without incurring in fixed monthly fees.

How do our services work?
What is the difference between Permanent Advisories and Hourly Packages?
Permanent Advisories (PA) are services designed for clients with a significant volume of queries per month, usually involving companies with over 500 workers for 5-hour PAs and over 800 workers for 10-hour PAs.
Hourly packages are intended for companies with occasional requirements on labor topics, but that still need to receive effective assistance when a specific query arises and wish to apply an action plan for the next three to six months.
Can I change the contractual advisory modality I initially chose?
PA services are offered for periods between six months and one year. However, the company may change its contractual modality at any time to adjust to your specific needs.
Are PA hours cumulative?
No. This type of services does not allow you to transfer unused hours from one month to another (accumulation of hours). This is only possible in case of hourly packages.
Is it possible to accumulate hours from hourly packages?
Yes, every hourly package has a validity term: the 25-hour package is valid for three months while the 50-hour package is valid for six months. This will provide the company with flexibility to schedule the use of the retained hours over said period of time.
How can I control used time?
Through our BDS Hub system, companies will have access to used time reports, queries submitted and other exclusive services for PA and Hourly Package clients.
What is the payment frequency?
PAs are paid monthly, while hourly packages are paid upon each renewal.
Are other services included, such as immigration assistance?
The handling of administrative procedures before the CCSS, the Immigration Authority and/or court proceedings is not included in PAs and Hourly Packages, under any of their different modalities. However, such services may be quoted at a special rate, where required.
