He holds a Master’s degree in labor law and social security from the State Distance University and has held prominent academic roles, such as Professor of Labor Law at the Faculty of Law at the University of Costa Rica and postgraduate instructor at ULACIT. He is currently pursuing an MBA at ADEN Business School.
He has led strategic initiatives within the Firm, focusing on advising employers in Central America and the Caribbean, providing comprehensive solutions that take into account the legal and economic particularities of each country. His commitment to innovation and human talent development has been key in positioning the Firm as a leader in the corporate labor field in the region.
