Andrea Díaz Bolaños

Andrea has a Law and Social Sciences Degree, and is a Lawyer and Notary graduated from Universidad Rafael Landívar, and has a Master’s degree in Constitutional Law from Universidad Rafael Landívar. She has served as advisor for the Vice-Ministry of Social Security and Employment of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
Andrea has served as assistant professor of the Labor Law and Labor Procedure Law courses at Universidad Rafael Landívar, and also has been the presiding judge of court panels during different Moot Courts on Individual and Collective Labor Law at Universidad Rafael Landívar.
Andrea has been working for our firm since 2022.
