Co-founder of BDS Asesores. Degree in law from Universidad de Costa Rica in 1995, with a master’s degree in corporate law from Universidad para la Cooperación Internacional and a master’s degree in labor law and social security from Universidad Estatal a Distancia.
Francisco has over 25 years of experience providing preventive and corrective labor advice to several local and multinational companies.
He has been recognized by Legal 500, Who’s Who Legal, and Chambers & Partners as an eminent practitioner in labor law in Costa Rica since 2014 to date; also, Best Lawyers has recognized Francisco as leader in the “Labor and Employment Law” category.
Academically speaking, he has served as a professor in labor law at Universidad de Costa Rica and is the author of a large number of pieces on labor law across published media outlets.
Francisco has participated as a speaker in labor law seminars and congresses, both locally and internationally; and he is a permanent collaborator on labor topics for several media outlets.
