Graduated in law and political science from Universidad Latina de Panamá. She has a Diploma in Labor Law from Universidad Santa María la Antigua and a Diploma in Dispute Management and Resolution from Universidad Metropolitana de Educación, Ciencia y Tecnología.

Irma has held several positions within the public and private sectors, including labor ombudsman and head of the Department of Social Organizations of the Ministry of Labor and Professional Development, which has given her a deeper knowledge regarding labor litigation, advice, and incorporation of legal entities.

She has been working for our firm since October 2018.
