Isaac has a Law Degree from Universidad Fidélitas, where he graduated top of his class. Isaac also obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Constitutional Justice, Interpretation and Enforcement of the Constitution from Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha in Spain He also has a Juris Doctor degree from Universidad Escuela Libre de Derecho, with a minor in Constitutional and Administrative Law.

Isaac has served as counsel, trainer and litigator for multiple companies and public institutions in constitutional, administrative, public employment and public procurement topics. Some of the entities that Isaac has served by providing counseling, training and representation in judicial processes include autonomous and semi-autonomous institutions, different bodies of the Main Branches of Government, municipalities and federation of municipalities, public companies and municipal public companies, decentralized governmental bodies, state universities and non-state public entities, which is why he has extensive knowledge and proficiency in applicable laws and regulations for the entire State structure.

He also has extensive experience in providing labor advice to private companies, mainly on administrative proceedings and public procurement topics. 

As a college professor, he has been teaching several undergraduate and graduate courses since 2015, including Labor Law, Education Legislation, History of Law and Procedural Law at Universidad Fidélitas and Universidad Hispanoamericana.

Isaac has been working for our firm since 2017 and is regularly consulted by several media outlets and professional groups on labor law topics involving the public sector and social security issues.
