He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with an emphasis in Labor Law and Public Law from Universidad Escuela Libre de Derecho. He also holds a specialization in Notarial Law and Registry Law.
He focuses his practice on Public Law and Labor Law, with knowledge and experience in internal administrative and disciplinary proceedings. He also has experience in public procurement matters, including the SICOP platform, as well as in appellate proceedings before the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic in connection with public procurement.
He joined the firm in 2025 and is currently a member of the Labor Advisory Department.
