Attorney-at-Law from Dr. José Matías Delgado University. Graduate of the International Postgraduate Program in Business Law (ISEADE-FEPADE). He has extensive experience in litigation, as well as preventive and corrective labor advisory services for regional accounts. He served as a facilitator for the first “Executive Program in Labor Law” offered by BDS in partnership with ADEN Business School in El Salvador. He led, on behalf of the firm, the development of the project “Become an Inclusive Company,” promoted by AMCHAM and CONAIPD, which received an award.
Previously, he worked as a Judicial Assistant and later as Assistant to the First Labor Court Judge of San Salvador for over ten years. Additionally, he practiced as an independent attorney, focusing on litigation and labor advisory services.
He has been part of the BDS Asesores team since 2014 and became a partner in 2020. He is the author of several articles published in magazines and a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences on labor law topics.
