Law Degree obtained from Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado, with extensive experience in labour litigation. He served as court assistant and subsequently worked as Clerk of the First Labour Court of San Salvador for over seven years. In addition, he developed an independent legal practice in the litigation area and provided legal advice in labour matters, and also served as lecturer in different universities in El Salvador. He has been working for the Firm since April 2014.
Mr. Rosa has penned many articles in a number of magazines and has also been a speaker in seminars and congresses in El Salvador regarding labour topics.
