Degree in Law and Political Sciences from Universidad Latina of Panama, with an MBA in Business and Human Resources Management, and a Postgraduate Degree in Strategic Administration and Business Management obtained from Universidad Latinoamericana de Comercio Exterior in Panama.
In addition, Ms. Nielsen obtained a Diploma in Labor Law from Universidad de Panamá.
Ms. Nielsen has over 10 years of experience serving as consultant in a wide array of labor and immigration matters, as well as in the resolution of disputes before labor authorities and strategic planning in connection with labor contingencies. Ms. Nielsen has served in many roles within the private sector and the Government, including as Chairman and Director of the Boards of Conciliation and Decision of the Panamanian Ministry of Labor.
Ms. Nielsen is a collaborator of the publishing house Sistemas Jurídicos, speaking in a number of seminars and conferences on Panamanian labor law issues.
